Qualifications

• Extrusion experience is advantageous.
• Able to work rotating early/late shifts.
• Strong practical skills and confidence with manual work.
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexible, enthusiastic and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Keep cable production lines running smoothly during your shift.
• Make small machine adjustments to maintain performance.
• Ensure product quality meets required standards.
• Complete production sheets and monitor output, downtime and scrap.
• Carry out 5S duties and maintain a clean, organized area.
• Follow SOPs and process specs; set up and start production lines.
