Job summary

Prysmian Group in Wrexham is seeking a Production/Cable Maker to operate a range of process equipment with full training, ensuring high-quality output. You will work safely and flexibly across multiple processes to support continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity. Full training will be provided.

The role requires a 37-hour week with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am), along with healthcare and pension benefits and access to employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Factory/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety and quality in production.
• Ability to operate process equipment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Run machines/processes to achieve the highest output.
• Set-up prep, quality checks, housekeeping, data entry during runs.
• Support Right First Time and waste minimisation initiatives.
