Job summary

Market 36 Recruitment are recruiting experienced Bench Joiners / Cabinet Makers for a manufacturing company in Witham. You will read technical drawings and produce high-quality retail timber products.

Role requires experience with timber joinery, operating saws/routers/planers, and attention to detail. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, temporary to permanent, up to £18 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker experience is essential.
• Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience operating woodworking machinery and using saws, routers and planers.
• Strong practical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and get on with the task at hand.
• Health and safety conscious.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to produce work to a high standard.

The successful candidates will have previous Bench Joinery or Cabinet Making experience and will be confident working independently, reading technical drawings and producing high-quality finished retail products.
