Candidates should have experience in cabinet making or bench joining, reading drawings, and a solid understanding of woodworking machinery and processes. The position demands attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker, Bench Joiner, Furniture Maker or similar.
• Background within a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and manufacturing drawings.
• Good understanding of woodworking machinery and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and proactive approach with excellent problem‑solving skills.

• Manufacture bespoke and batch‑produced wooden furniture to a high standard.

• Work from CAD drawings and liaise with design teams where required.
• Operate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.

• Work closely with production colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Support quality control processes and ensure products meet customer specifications.

Specialist construction company who manufacture an array of bespoke joiner products. They are looking to recruit 2 skilled Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner to join their production team.
