Job summary

A Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner role based in Milton Keynes is available through Aldem Talent. You will manufacture bespoke joinery, cabinetry and furniture from technical drawings, using woodworking machinery, hand tools and power tools.

Candidates should read and interpret technical drawings, work with timber, veneers and laminates, and maintain high standards of workmanship with keen attention to detail. This is a permanent, full-time position in a well-established workshop.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker or Bench Joiner within a workshop environment.

Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary:£16.00 - £18.00 per hour (DOE)

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established bespoke joinery and furniture manufacturer for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner to join their workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-end residential and commercial joinery projects, producing bespoke kitchens, fitted furniture, reception desks, media walls and cabinetry to the highest standards.

The Role

• Manufacture bespoke Joinery, cabinetry and furniture from technical drawings.


• Operate a range of woodworking machinery, hand tools and power tools.


• Work with a variety of materials including solid timber, veneers and laminates.


• Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker or Bench Joiner within a workshop environment.


• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.


• Competent using woodworking machinery and hand tools.


• Experience manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery and cabinetry.


• A positive attitude with pride in producing quality workmanship.
