Job summary

TUI Cabin Crew at Stansted seeks motivated individuals to deliver exceptional customer service on board, while maintaining rigorous safety and first-aid procedures. You will communicate clearly, adapt to varying situations, and work as part of a supportive team across a 24/7 flight programme.

Qualifications

• Age: 18 years on first entrant course.
• Height: 6ft 2in (1.89 m) bare feet on the floor.
• Regulatory duties: able to sit and fasten aircraft jump seat harness.
• Swim: at least 25 metres.
• Testing: willing to undertake Psychoactive Testing and UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical.
• Language: English proficiency at CEFR B2 or ILR L3.
• Flexibility: able to work shifts across a 24/7 programme and report within 90 minutes.
• Documentation: valid UK or Irish passport with 6 months validity + visas if needed.
• Background checks: positive results required.
• Vaccinations: provide proof as required.
