Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is seeking friendly, safety-focused Cabin Crew to join our London Stansted base. Whether starting a cabin crew career or bringing prior customer-facing experience, you’ll deliver safe journeys while upholding our award-winning service.

You’ll work with a team to ensure passenger safety, provide excellent onboard service, promote products, and support colleagues across the operation. Training is provided and progression opportunities exist within the business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of customers and colleagues on every flight.
• Deliver award-winning customer service and create memorable onboard experiences.
• Support customers with a wide range of needs, provide first aid and general assistance.
• Promote and sell onboard products with confidence.
• Work closely with Cabin Crew & Flight Deck colleagues for a safe, efficient operation.
• Adhere to company procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards.
