Job summary

TUI is hiring Cabin Crew Apprentices in the United Kingdom. You will deliver exceptional customer service with a safety-first mindset, build rapport with passengers, and work as part of a motivated team to create memorable travel experiences.

You must be at least 18 on day one, reach 6ft2in, hold GCSE English and Maths, have a valid UK/Irish passport, and be able to pass safety and medical checks. Training is provided with in-house instructors before you start flying.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Fluent English (CEFR B2) or ILR level 3.
• Flexible mindset to adapt to changing rosters and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a 'sales through service' mindset while ensuring passenger safety.
• Apply safety and first aid procedures and maintain discipline in line with procedures.
• Communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues to build relationships.
• Work as part of a team to deliver results and welcome travelers.
• Adapt to roster changes, onboard emergencies, and new technology.
