Job summary

Culligan UK in the United Kingdom is hiring a Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team. You will service, repair and maintain water cooler systems at customer sites, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

You will work Monday to Friday with a company van provided for work use, receive ongoing training, and have opportunities for progression within a supportive field operations team.

Qualifications

• Full and valid driving licence (UK) with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong hands-on DIY skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers.
• Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily.
• Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device.
• Report any potential failures.
• Replenish the van once a week at our site in Hemel Hempstead.

The Role

We're excited to welcome a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team at Culligan!

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers and ensuring their water treatment systems are in perfect working order.

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 07:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities
