Job summary

Culligan UK is looking for a Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our Hemel Hempstead team. You will service, repair, maintain and exchange bottled water coolers, ensuring customer systems operate at peak performance.

Based in Hemel Hempstead, you will work Monday - Friday 07:00am-5:00pm, with training and progression opportunities, a company pension, paid holidays and a supportive team focused on quality water solutions.

Qualifications

• Full and valid driving licence (max 6 points).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong hands-on experience and DIY skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers.
• Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily.
• Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device.
• Report any potential failures and replenish the van as needed.

The Role

We're excited to welcome a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team at Culligan!

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers and ensuring their water treatment systems are in perfect working order.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 07:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
• Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily
• Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device
• Report any potential failures
• Replenish the van once a week at our site in Hemel Hempstead.

• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong hands on experience & DIY skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
