Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. You will service, repair and maintain water cooler systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

This role offers training, progression opportunities and a Monday–Friday daytime pattern with a company van and tools provided. Join our field operations team to contribute to reliable water solutions for our customers.

Qualifications

• A full and valid driving license.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong hands on experience & DIY skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers.
• Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily.
• Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device.
• Report any potential failures.
• Replenish the van once a week at our site in Hemel Hempstead.

The Role

We're excited to welcome a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team at Culligan!

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers and ensuring their water treatment systems are in perfect working order.

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 07:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
