Job summary

Culligan UK Limited is seeking a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. You will service, repair and maintain bottled water coolers, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers ongoing training, a clear career path and a supportive team environment. Monday to Friday, day shifts, with a company van provided and progression opportunities within our field operations.

Qualifications

• Full and valid UK driving license (max 6 points).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong hands-on DIY skills and practical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers.
• Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily.
• Document sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device.
• Replenish the van weekly at our site in Hemel Hempstead.

The Role

We're excited to welcome a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team at Culligan!

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers and ensuring their water treatment systems are in perfect working order.

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 07:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
• Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily
• Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device
• Report any potential failures
• Replenish the van once a week at our site in Hemel Hempstead.

• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong hands on experience & DIY skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
