Job summary

Culligan UK limited is seeking a Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our field operations. You will service, repair and maintain bottled water coolers, ensuring systems run smoothly and customers are satisfied.

The role involves daily on-site work, with a Monday to Friday pattern. A full driving licence, practical problem-solving, and strong customer communication are essential for success and progression within the team.

Qualifications

• Full and valid driving licence required (max 6 points).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong hands-on experience and DIY skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers.
• Ensure daily completion of cleaning/repairs as scheduled.
• Document all sanitisation activities and report completed jobs via handheld device.
• Report any potential failures to enable proactive maintenance.
• Replenish the company van once a week at the Hemel Hempstead site.

The Role

We're excited to welcome a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team at Culligan!

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers and ensuring their water treatment systems are in perfect working order.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 07:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
• Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily
• Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device
• Report any potential failures
• Replenish the van once a week at our site in Hemel Hempstead.
