Job summary

Culligan UK limited is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our field operations team. You will service water treatment systems at client locations, perform installations, and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal performance.

You will also manage service schedules and update customers on outcomes. We offer ongoing training to support career progression, a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm pattern, and access to a company van with optional private use.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment at clients' locations.
• Oversee service schedules to minimize downtime for customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.
