Job summary

Culligan International is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. You will service water treatment systems at customer sites, install and troubleshoot equipment, and manage service schedules to minimise downtime.

The role requires strong communication, DIY skills, and a valid UK driving licence. Company vehicle provided with private use option, plus ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
