This role focuses on managing spend within the Indirects portfolio and involves leading cross-functional teams to implement procurement strategies. Buyer - Indirects

Location : Uxbridge, London

Contract Type : Permanent

Working Pattern : 5 days office-based (no hybrid working)

Purpose

• A strategically focused role with responsibility for the management of spend across a range of categories within the Indirects spend portfolio across the Group.
• You will lead and act as a commercial representative working in a cross functional environment, helping to deliver the Procurement Strategy and the 3 year rolling roadmap across the Pilgrim's European Group, ultimately delivering a robust and sustainable supply base.
• You will be responsible for reporting your category areas, delivering synergies and savings across your spend area, delivering against agreed challenging targets, driving efficiencies and change, ensuring supplies are sourced and maintained in a sustainable manner, and ensuring best total cost of ownership whilst minimising risk.
