Our Butlers will play a key role in the success of the hotel and should demonstrate a strong and proactive relationship with all other departments, being ambassadors of the Bvlgari Hotel London at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will provide luxury personalized and “invisible” service by operating with an uncompromised level of high standards and impeccable attendance; using empowerment to make decisions that will ensure resolutions, maintaining a strong and productive relationship with all departments of Bvlgari Hotel London.
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your main responsibility is the maintenance and control of the hotel’s guest rooms and overall experience, such as cleanliness and service delivery, arrival, check-in, live-in, and check-out processes, and satisfying any guest needs by following Bvlgari Hotel luxury standards.
To be successful in your application, you will already have experience within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an impeccably presented individual who possesses excellent customer service skills, with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
We encourage a diverse workforce; however, you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
