Scope Of Position

Your role will be responsible for welcoming and caring for all residents, guests, and members who enter the spa, fitness, and pool areas. The Spa Butler ensures the guest experience aligns with the brand’s standards by engaging directly with guests and managing behind-the-scenes details to exceed expectations. Responsibilities include assisting guests with spa information, providing personal attention, anticipating needs, and escorting them to appropriate facilities. Operation

• Greet all arriving and departing guests by name, inquire about their satisfaction, and maintain positive relations.
• Recognize VIP guests arriving in both the spa and hotel, using name recognition whenever possible.
• Drive the guest experience and facilitate communication among colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Accommodate guest and member preferences and special requests to the best of the property’s abilities.
• Maintain high ratings on TrustYou VOG scores, LQA, and Forbes guest satisfaction.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and communicate preferences to relevant departments discreetly.
• Handle guest complaints, comments, or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage amenities and towels, including stocking and collection.
• Ensure proper lighting and music levels in treatment areas.
• Be knowledgeable of the spa’s reservation, POS, operation, control systems, and laundry equipment.
• Maintain the appearance of all therapy and guest facilities.
• Deliver linen daily, ensuring none are missing, and stock towels and lockers appropriately.
• Prepare and serve drinks and refreshments hygienically.
• Clean and disinfect all spa areas, including treatment rooms, showers, bathrooms, lounges, and support areas, including the fitness and pool areas.
