Job Opportunity: Butler - Fixed Term Contract

Join us at the The Park Tower Knightsbridge Hotel in London, a luxurious destination located near Hyde Park, Harrods, and Harvey Nichols. Our hotel combines timeless elegance with contemporary design, offering spacious accommodations with stunning views of London and Hyde Park.

Job Summary

As a Butler, you will provide personalized service to our guests, including:

1. Delivering coffee and tea upon request
2. Preparing notes on new arrivals and communicating guest preferences to relevant departments
3. Coordinating with the front desk to prepare VIP rooms and escorting early arrivals
4. Being present during guest check-in to anticipate needs
5. Completing butler flags in the hotel system and sending pre-arrival emails
6. Assisting with laundry requests and follow-up

You will also be responsible for reporting safety issues, maintaining professional appearance, ensuring confidentiality, welcoming guests, assisting individuals with disabilities, and supporting team goals. Physical requirements include moving objects up to 25 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.
