Job summary

Levy UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Business Systems support specialist to act as the first point of contact for system queries across group venues. You will provide confident day-to-day system assistance, perform data handling, and ensure secure processing in line with policy.

You will work with MS Office and core business systems, maintaining data accuracy, generating management information, and supporting operational teams on refunds, reports, and administration.

Qualifications

• High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Strong organisation and time management; proactive, flexible, and able to self-manage.
• Excellent customer care and teamwork; confident written and verbal communicator with discretion.
• Applies knowledge to a variety of standard day-to-day activities; knows when to refer to others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line support for system queries; triage, resolve, or escalate.
• Maintain and configure core business systems; ensure reliability and quality outputs.
• Produce regular management information to aid and improve operational activity.
• Handle sensitive data in secure environments in accordance with policies.
• Complete refunds and reporting across payment systems; support stocktake processes.
