Job summary

Levy UK & Ireland, part of Compass Group, seeks a capable Business Systems Administrator to provide day-to-day system support across venues, manage data securely, and assist with incident resolution. You will maintain core systems, generate management information, and help deliver operational excellence with attention to data protection and customer care.

The role requires flexibility, including occasional weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Strong organisation and time management; proactive, flexible, and able to self-manage.
• Excellent customer care and teamwork; confident written and verbal communicator with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line support for system queries; triage, resolve, or escalate.
• Provide user guidance on system use; contribute to how-to notes and quick guides.
• Maintain and configure core business systems to ensure reliability and quality outputs.
• Produce regular management information to aid and improve operational activity.
• Handle sensitive personal data in secure environments in accordance with policies.
• Complete refunds and reporting across payment systems; keep accurate records.
