Job summary

ONNEC Group, a leading independent technology partner, is seeking a Business Systems Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ERP, HR and workflow initiatives across the organisation. You’ll manage requirements, governance, data readiness, testing and change with business stakeholders, IT, suppliers and regional teams.

In this role you will ensure projects meet scope, quality, timeline and cost targets while realising business benefits, driving adoption and a smooth transition to support

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering business systems, ERP, HR, finance or workflow projects.
• Ability to translate requirements into scope, plans and testing outcomes.
• Experience in international organisations with cross-functional teams and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business systems projects including ERP, HR, workflow and reporting.
• Define scope, milestones, RAID logs, governance routes and success measures with business and IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business Systems, IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Data, suppliers and regional stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain project plans, status reports and budget tracking; manage communications.
• Ensure risks, issues, changes, dependencies and escalations are handled with transparency.
