Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a NetSuite Technology Manager to oversee NetSuite ERP administration, optimization and upgrades. You will manage IT initiatives across the organisation, including hardware and software rollouts, change management and systems integration, while collaborating with department heads to tailor NetSuite features.

The role combines advanced NetSuite stewardship with project leadership, data analytics, and compliance tasks to improve efficiency and reduce costs at OB’s

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of NetSuite ERP administration, reporting and customization.
• Experience developing project plans and leading cross-department initiatives.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse and optimise business processes for better performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NetSuite, NSPB, Patchworks and Futura updates and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and address technical issues promptly.
• Lead IT initiatives, including hardware/software rollouts and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with management to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Utilise analytics to track KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
• Audit NetSuite data for accuracy and compliance.
• Design, test and deploy NetSuite customisations and workflows.
• Build project plans, timelines and deliverables for IT initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
