Transition Partners LTD in Birmingham is seeking an ERP & Business Systems Manager to own the core ERP platform, oversee configuration, reporting and user support, and drive system improvements across Finance, Operations and Procurement.

You’ll work directly with Finance and Operations teams, coordinate with external ERP partners, manage upgrades, releases and SOPs, and train users to maximise value from the company’s business systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP administration experience.
• Experience in SME IT environment and troubleshooting across systems, software and networks.
• Experience with ERP upgrades, migrations and integrations.
• DocuWare experience preferred or similar workflow platform.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of ERP platform configuration, user setup, permissions and master data.
• Provide day-to-day ERP support across Finance, Operations, Procurement and other teams.
• Manage reporting and dashboards to improve data accuracy and usefulness.
• Support ERP projects including upgrades, module rollouts, integrations and automation.
• Maintain and improve ERP processes and SOPs across finance, procurement, inventory and operations.
• Coordinate with external ERP partners and consultants for upgrades and support.
• Support document management and workflow tools (DocuWare).
• Provide user training and guidance to maximise system use.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate manual activity.
• Act as main internal IT contact for ERP and wider IT issues.
• Support network, server, endpoints and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, onboarding and offboarding; maintain licensing records.
• Keep IT documentation up to date including backup and disaster recovery information.
• Collaborate with external providers and suppliers for technical issues.
• Evaluate new technology, hardware and systems.
