Job summary

London (3 days a week). Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite expertise with configuration and troubleshooting.
• 8–12 years of NetSuite experience.
• Experience supporting technology across a complex, international business.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into practical system solutions.
• Proven delivery of system enhancements, integrations, upgrades and implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance, purchasing, inventory and supply chain processes.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Senior leadership experience with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite environment and ensure it meets business needs.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver effective system solutions.
• Lead system improvements, integrations and major change projects from planning to release.
• Remain hands-on during delivery, including workshops, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Manage external technology partners while maintaining data quality and user adoption.

• Work closely with teams across the organisation to understand challenges and deliver effective system solutions.
• Lead system improvements, integrations and major change projects from initial planning through to release.
• Remain hands‑on throughout delivery, including workshops, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Manage external technology partners while maintaining strong standards around system performance, data quality and user adoption.
