Job summary

A Bristol-based technology-led professional services firm seeks a Business Systems & Data Specialist to own CRM, Power BI, and SaaS tooling in a hybrid setup.

You will manage users, permissions, access, and data quality; maintain Power BI reporting; automate manual work and roll out new software, ensuring GDPR compliance. The role reports to the Head of Operations and requires the ability to present to senior stakeholders and push back when needed.

Qualifications

• You've owned business systems day to day and kept them running.
• Hands-on administration of users, permissions, configuration and access across SaaS platforms or CRM.
• Supporting colleagues with system, device and access problems, including joiners and leavers.
• Analysing data and maintaining reports or dashboards, ideally in Power BI.
• The confidence to present to senior people and challenge when needed.
• Turning practical requests into changes with documentation to match.
• Working knowledge of GDPR.
• Existing right to work in the UK.
