Xist4 IT Limited. in Bristol is seeking a Systems & Data Specialist to own the CRM, data and automation landscape. You’ll manage users, permissions and access across SaaS platforms, ensure Power BI reporting remains accurate, and drive improvements by automating processes.

You'll present insights to senior colleagues, shape data quality, and work in a hybrid setup three days in the office. UK work rights required for this role.

Qualificações

• Own day-to-day business systems and be the go-to for fixes.
• Administer users, permissions and access across SaaS platforms.
• Support colleagues with system, device and access issues, incl. joins/leavers.
• Analyse data and maintain reports/dashboards, ideally in Power BI.
• Confidently present to senior stakeholders and offer straight views.
• Translate requests into changes with proper documentation.
• Knowledge of GDPR and valid UK work status.
