Otis Elevator Company in Leicester is seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to assist the Service Sales team. You will review contracts, process service agreements, and help manage risk and compliance through the contract lifecycle.

You will work with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate contract handling, invoicing, and post-contract changes while maintaining records and adhering to Otis standards.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational capabilities.
• Solid understanding of contract law and contractual principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems.

Business Support Specialist – Service Sales

Are you organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with contracts and commercial processes?

We’re looking for a Business Support Specialist to join Otis and support our Service Sales organisation. You’ll work closely with Sales and colleagues across the business to ensure service contracts are reviewed, approved and processed accurately, while helping us manage contractual risk and compliance.

On a typical day, you will:

• Review contracts and support Sales with contractual and compliance queries.
• Manage new service contracts through our Service Contract Management system.
• Support contract approvals, invoicing, credits and post-contract changes.
• Work with Credit Control on contractual queries and disputes.
• Maintain accurate contract records and support continuous improvement and standard work.
• Work in line with Otis safety, quality, ethics and compliance requirements.
