What You’ll Be Doing

As the Business Support Manager in the Population Health Hub, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly, strategically, and align with our mission. Your role will support innovation, efficiency, and team cohesion in a dynamic environment.

  • Supporting the PHH Management Team in delivering Trust and NHS priorities, and leading on internal service improvements.
  • Providing high-level business and operational support to the PHH leadership team.
  • Reviewing and refining administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Leading planning and performance tracking to inform strategic decisions.
  • Supporting key projects and initiatives with stakeholders.
  • Co-designing onboarding processes and team support systems.
  • Providing Secretariat and PA support to senior team members.
  • Coordinating data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure impact.
  • Championing continuous improvement and service innovation.
  • Contributing to internal and external communications to showcase the PHH’s work.
  • Supporting financial monitoring to ensure optimal resource use.
