Job description

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer to work at a hospital in the LE3 Glenfield area.

If you have a proven track record of ensuring the efficient and proactive fulfilment of documentation. Whilst also having a passion for various aspects of data management and want to utilise your admin skills. Get in touch!

The pay rate for this position is: £13.57 p/h

The working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

Job Duties:

· Administrative Support - Assist senior staff with a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

· Diary and Meeting Management - Take charge of scheduling, organising meetings, booking venues, and preparing essential documents.

· Data Management - Ensure data is accurately collated, reported, and maintained to the highest standards.

· Team Coordination - Play a vital role in supporting the wider team, including helping with the induction of new staff members.

· Documentation and Correspondence - Prepare agendas, take minutes, produce action logs, and handle queries with professionalism and care.

· Workload Management - Adapt to a varied workload, providing cover during planned absences and meeting the team's needs.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

· Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including teams
· Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
· Strong organisational skills
· A genuine can-do attitude
· The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
