Job Description:

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the Court Officer by inputting and maintaining the Court/Legal order trackers.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks for the three CP & Court Locality Social Work Teams.
  • Typing minutes for Strategy Meetings, Core Group meetings, and Public Law Outline meetings.
  • This will involve scheduling meetings, distributing invites via Microsoft Outlook with MS Teams links, rescheduling meetings, following up on documents from Social Workers, tracking the return of approved minutes, implementing escalation processes, and uploading minutes to the Childs electronic records on LCS.

Additional tasks may include:

  • Answering incoming calls, message taking, and providing reception cover.
  • Prioritising incoming post and messages, alerting officers & practitioners to urgent matters.
  • Maintaining files and record systems, including scanning and uploading documents.

The successful applicant should have experience in minute-taking for complex meetings, as support will be needed during staff absences. Candidates should be able to complete tasks accurately within deadlines, be flexible, enjoy challenges, and work well as part of a team.
