A leading company seeks a Business Support Coordinator to manage front of house and facility services at their Perth office. This role involves greeting visitors, managing meeting spaces, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a background in coordination or administration and strong skills in Microsoft Office.
Business Support Coordinator
We have a busy role to support our Perth location across our admin and facility services. This is a varied role where you will manage front of house, ensure the facilities are exceptionally presented and in working order, as well as lending a hand to the various teams onsite.

What your day will look like
You’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors alike. The Business Support Coordinator is responsible for the front of house services while supporting the facilities in an effective and efficient manner. Not only will you greet staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, and you will also be the go to for basic IT support and supply ordering.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Ideally you will come from a coordination or administration background and have a strong attention to detail and ability to think one step ahead. You may have worked in facilities, corporate office management or similar roles.

This role is based in our office in Perth and requires you to be onsite 5 days a week.
