Business Support Assistant - Peterborough (FTC), Peterborough

This role is based in our Peterborough office, seeking an ambitious individual to join our Business Support Team, providing high-standard administrative support to Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, and fee-earners across the business.

The role

Our Business Support Assistants deliver a wide range of administrative services to the office.

The responsibilities
  • Copying, printing, and scanning
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers, packages, and special deliveries
  • Assisting with document and correspondence preparation
  • Supporting new client onboarding, including AML, Letters of Engagement, client checks, and follow-up
  • Maintaining and updating the client database and data rooms
  • Organizing internal and external events and related administrative tasks
  • Supporting team members and providing cover to ensure work standards and deadlines are met
  • Managing meeting room setup and cleanup
  • Greeting external visitors
  • Preparing and submitting expense claims for fee-earners upon request
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
The team

This position is part of the wider Business Support Team, which includes the EA/Office Manager, 2 Personal Assistants, and 3 Business Support Assistants.

  • Experience in a busy corporate administrative environment is desirable
