Fairhive Homes is seeking a well-organised administrator to support our Asset Management team with high-quality admin tasks, scheduling, and customer-facing inquiries.

Bring GCSE-level education, strong IT skills, and a proactive mindset to contribute to a diverse and supportive workplace. Flexible working is offered to balance roles with life commitments.

Qualifications

  • GCSE-level education (or equivalent), with good literacy and numeracy.
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with admin processes.
  • Intermediate IT skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality admin support including monitoring compliance schedules, invoice processing, updating records, and preparing reports.
  • Arrange and attend meetings: book venues, organise catering, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Maintain effective electronic and paper-based admin systems.
  • Respond to enquiries with a customer-focused approach, offering basic advice and signposting.
  • Ensure all activities comply with organisational policies (e.g. Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity).
  • Collaborate with the wider Business Support Team, providing cover and assistance as needed.
  • In this role, you'll be the glue that holds our team together. Your knack for multitasking will come in handy as you juggle a variety of administrative tasks, adding value to the team and supporting colleagues across the business.
