We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self motivated administrator to join our small friendly team. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to our community clinical team based at Torbay Hospital. The administrative team occupy bright newly refurbished offices alongside the clinical staff within the hospital site.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and organisation skills. You will also have good time management as well as being a team player.
You will be working alongside other administrative staff as well asour clinical team. You will be the first telephone contact forclients and professionals and must have a good telephone manner.You should also have experience using Microsoft products such as MS Outlook, Word,Teams and Excel. You will be working from a shared email address picking uptasks such as appointment letters, referrals, room bookings as well as updating our patientrecord system. You will also be required to minute take professional meetingsface to face and via MS Teams. Full trainingwill be provided.
