An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated Business Support Administrator to join our Central Services team. You will be required to carry out reception / front of house duties in a friendly and professional manner, as well as provide clerical and administrative support within the wider team.
You will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high-quality customer service to colleagues and business users. You need to be able to work on your own initiative, multi-task, have exceptional time-management skills, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
Organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective query signposting are essential. Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint to an advanced level, is required.
