Responsibilities for this Business Support Administrator role include:
  1. Managing contractual requirements for various jobs
  2. Providing strong administrative support for maintenance works
  3. Coordinating programmed work schedules
  4. Working to meet customer and client expectations
  5. Validating each job to ensure the required information is available
  6. Ensuring all regulatory information is updated, logged, and recorded in relevant systems
  7. Supporting Supervisors and Site Managers in administrative tasks to enable prioritization and scheduling
  8. Providing an efficient and flexible response to operational issues to maintain service levels and support Supervisors in meeting contractual requirements
