Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the workplace runs efficiently by overseeing the coordination of maintenance schedules.
  • Support procurement activities.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitor and update asset records.
  • Support financial processes related to purchasing.
  • Ensure service contracts are well-managed and compliant.
  • Liaise with colleagues across departments.
  • Assist with audits and produce clear, informative performance reports.
