Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Business Solution Architect to front a major transformation programme. You will bridge user organisations, programme leadership and delivery teams, owning end-to-end business architecture across Oracle Fusion HCM, payroll, Orbit UX, and analytics.

You will engage with executive sponsors and HR leaders, translate objectives into scalable solutions, drive governance, and support adoption and benefits realisation across workforce processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience engaging directly with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Experience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of HR, workforce management, payroll and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience defining future-state operating models and business architectures.
• Experience leading workshops, requirements discovery and business design activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the business architecture for the workforce transformation programme.
• Develop future-state operating models aligned to strategic objectives.
• Ensure alignment between goals, journeys, processes, technology, governance and service outcomes.
• Establish traceability from business requirements through to delivered functionality.
• Drive consistency across multiple User Organisations and stakeholder groups.
• Act as the senior business-facing representative for the programme and engage Executives and HR Leaders.
• Oversee end-to-end solution domains including Oracle Fusion HCM, payroll and workforce administration.
• Collaborate on Orbit UX, reporting, BI, and workforce analytics activities.
• Lead benefits realisation and adoption planning across User Organisations.
• Present updates to governance forums and influence decision-making.
