Business Services and Operations Manager Competitive Salary + Benefits Belfast | Full-time I'm working with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Business Services and Operations Managerto oversee the smooth running of its Belfast office and lead a range of essential business support functions. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong operational expertise with commercial awareness, excellent people management skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding workplace experience. The opportunity You'll take ownership of day-to-day workplace operations, facilities, supplier relationships, budgets, office services and business continuity. You'll also lead a business support team, ensuring resources are deployed effectively and high-quality administrative support is delivered across the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape operational improvements, lead local projects, coordinate office-wide initiatives and ensure the workplace continues to meet the needs of a changing business. About you Proven experience managing office operations, workplace services or business support within a fast-paced professional environment. Experience leading, developing and motivating teams. Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and supplier contract oversight. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at senior level. A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Experience overseeing senior administrative or executive support teams would be advantageous.
