The Business Connection Group is hiring a Business Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities across a diverse client base, from SMEs to global organisations. You will call prospects, generate leads, and re-engage lapsed customers to expand your portfolio.

The role offers a base salary of £27,000–£28,000 with an uncapped bonus scheme, plus development support, social events and enhanced holidays including your birthday off. All within a supportive, growth‑oriented team.

• A proven sales track record gained within an office environment.
• Ability to take initiative and manage own schedule to generate new business.
• Drive to maximise productivity and deliver for clients.

Responsabilidades

• Developing new business opportunities with SMEs to global organisations.
• Calling prospects to generate leads and re-engage lapsed customers to grow the portfolio.
• Managing leads and CRM updates, supporting email/marketing campaigns to win clients.
• Handling client/candidate queries and maintaining high service standards.
• Working in a target-driven environment to meet monetary and service goals.
