The Business Connection Group is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in the United Kingdom. You will own your client portfolio, develop new business opportunities, and leverage an established brand and client base to drive revenue.

A base salary of £30,000–£35,000 with uncapped bonus and a first-year OTE of around £12,000 is on offer. You will benefit from training, coaching and development, opportunities for progression, social events and enhanced holidays, including your birthday off, all designed

Competenze

Proven sales track record in recruitment.
Ability to take initiative and manage own schedule to generate new business.
Willing to drive and travel with own transport.
Excellent client relationship management.

Mansioni

Develop new and existing business opportunities with a range of clients from SMEs to global firms.
Drive revenue for your portfolio and exceed individual and company targets.
Generate leads by calling prospects and re-engaging lapsed clients to grow the portfolio.
Manage leads in CRM and run email/marketing campaigns to win new clients.
Visit clients onsite to discuss requirements and assess culture, building strong relationships.
Screen candidates, match skills to job requirements, and conduct post-placement calls.
Coordinate interviews with clients through to offers and start dates.
Provide high levels of service to clients and candidates to maintain brand reputation.
