Vacancy: Business & Project Administrator at Ceetech Ltd

Ceetech Ltd, part of the RSK Group, is seeking a Business & Project Administrator to join our team in Ipswich, UK. This is an office-based role, working 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

This hybrid role involves providing general administrative support to the business and project support to our Maintenance department.

  1. Handling incoming calls
  2. Meeting and greeting visitors
  3. Maintaining staff training and health & safety records
  4. Managing personnel files, including annual leave and sickness records
  5. Administering the Apprenticeship scheme
  6. Arranging services for equipment and vehicles
  7. Performing other administrative tasks as requested by management
  8. Supporting projects with setup, purchase orders, and equipment hire
  9. Acting as a point of contact for field engineers
  10. Coordinating engineer visits with clients and tenants
  11. Assisting project teams with reports and correspondence
  12. Maintaining and archiving project files
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Good communication skills
  2. Proficiency in IT packages such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  3. Strong organisational and administrative skills
  4. Willingness to learn
  5. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  6. Experience in project support or administration
  7. Team player with the ability to work independently

  • Salary: £25,500+ (depending on experience)
