Job Description:

Ceetech Ltd, part of the RSK Group are looking for a Business & Project Administrator to join the team based in Ipswich, UK. This is an office based role, working 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

This is a hybrid role involving general administrative support to the business, together with project support to our Maintenance department.

  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Assist in the maintenance of staff training and health and safety records
  • Assist with maintenance of personnel files including annual leave and sickness
  • Assistance with the administration of the Apprenticeship scheme
  • Assist in arranging services for equipment and vehicles
  • Assist with other administration tasks as requested by management
  • Routine project support including set-up, raising purchase orders and hire of plant and equipment
  • Act as point of contact for engineers working in the field
  • Contacting clients and tenants to arrange engineer visits
  • Assisting project teams with reports and letters
  • Maintain project files and undertake filing/archiving

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Good use of IT packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience of project support/administration
  • Works well within a team and can self-deliver admin and project-based tasks

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary - £25,500 + (depending on experience)
