Job summary

LeMieux in Romsey HQ is seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyse and document As-Is processes and design To-Be ways of working across ERP, PIM, DAM, CRM and ecommerce platforms. You will gather requirements, support system implementations, run workshops and collaborate with Design, Operations, Finance, Ecommerce and Customer Service to improve data quality and process performance.

Responsibilities

Analyse and document current-state (As-Is) business processes.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and manual workarounds.
Gather, document and validate business requirements.
Support system implementation, integration and optimisation projects.
Collaborate with core systems (Akeneo/PIM, Business Central, Magento, Canto) to map data flows.
Improve data quality by addressing root causes.
Use KPIs to identify improvements and measure performance.
Facilitate workshops and communicate changes to stakeholders.
