Job summary

Catering in Leeds is seeking a Business Analyst to join a small internal IT function and drive a major process-improvement project across the business.

You’ll bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and an ERP system, gathering requirements, documenting specifications, and translating them for a third-party partner. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and real ownership in a growing environment.

Qualifications

• Solid business analysis experience: requirements gathering, specification writing, and process review.
• Experience working with an ERP system; full training and support provided.
• Confident communicating with C-suite, board members and staff.
• Adaptable, personable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, informal office.
• Delivery experience in structured (waterfall) environments; Agile backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from the ground up across departments and ERP usage.
• Gather and document requirements from users and department heads.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes inside and outside the ERP.
• Act as intermediary between internal stakeholders and external delivery partner.
• Present updates and outcomes to heads, senior leadership and board.
