Job summary

LeMieux, the UK’s fastest-growing equestrian and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Business Process Analyst to document current processes and design scalable future-state ways of working across Design, Product, Operations and Ecommerce teams.

You will gather and validate business requirements, drive improvements across ERP, PIM, DAM and CRM systems, and support system implementations with workshops, testing and UAT to ensure data quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process analysis, business transformation, systems implementation, project delivery or a similar role.
• Proven track record analysing, documenting and improving business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes rather than simply address symptoms.
• Experience gathering, documenting and validating business requirements.
• Confident working across different teams to understand processes, requirements and business challenges.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requirements, projects and priorities.
• Comfortable working with business systems and understanding how processes, data and technology interact.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and explain complex processes clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP, PIM, DAM, CRM, ecommerce or PLM systems (e.g. Akeneo, Business Central, Magento or Canto) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current-state business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and root causes; propose scalable improvements.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements for processes and systems.
• Support system implementation, testing and UAT.
• Collaborate with ERP, PIM, DAM, CRM and ecommerce teams to align processes and data.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and communicate changes clearly.
