Job summary

Vanrath is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to lead transformation and process excellence across multiple business units in a large international organisation. The role focuses on driving efficiency, standardising processes and embedding best practice to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will shape business processes, manage cross-functional projects and engage senior stakeholders to accelerate continuous improvement across the global operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in multi-site or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the organisation's business process excellence strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple units and functions.
• Review processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improved operating models.

About you
