Description

As Process Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of a large-scale processing facility, ensuring production targets, improvement opportunity and safety standards are consistently achieved.

Working closely with the site leadership team, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting frontline teams, and helping to create a positive, high-performing culture across the operation.

Desirable qualifications and experience

• A technical / engineering qualification or relevant experience.
• ILM, NVQ, or other supervisory/management qualifications.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working within ISO-accredited environments.
• Exposure to large-scale processing equipment or automated production facilities.
