The role covers leading system improvements, process streamlining, application support (including SAP), and delivery of technology projects.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Business Systems & Process Manager to help improve and develop business systems and processes across an international organisation.

You’ll work closely with business teams and IT to ensure systems meet business needs, improve efficiency and support ongoing transformation. The role will involve leading system improvements, streamlining processes, supporting business applications and helping deliver key technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of business systems and processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
